I love days like this! The sun is shining, the grass is green and my ego is the size of Manhattan for today I have reached 602 blog followers!

On a side note, I am currently locking down my book MAXIMILIAN STANDFORTH AND THE CASE OF THE DANGEROUS DARE (I gave an update on this book I am self-publishing here). Yesterday, I ordered a proof copy of the book which I should have next week. I can not wait to see it and, more importantly, share it with you.

    Hey Scott. I’m reacquainting myself with the internet and thought I’d stop by. Love your banner but I have a few questions. 1. Where can I get that Tolkien set? 2. Are those the actual titles of your screenplays?

      Thanks for asking about the scripts! When I sat down to write screenplays, my first thought was to write a story for each season, capturing the mood of that seasons. They are four different stories with different characters, however. Those aren’t the titles. One of them, my spring film, was the starting point for my novel Permanent Spring Showers.

      In regards to the Tolkien set. My brother (who is a photographer in Los Angeles) created that image. That bookset is one I purchased for him around 2000 (before the Fellowship film came out). Each Book in LOTR is in its own book. I think I bought it at a local Barnes and Noble. They probably have it on amazon. Personally, my copy of LOTR is how Tolkien intended it- one big hardcover with no breaks between the books. My copy doesn’t even say “Fellowship” or “Two Towers” between the books. It is just one large novel.

      Thanks! I really hope word of mouth starts to build more on the novel. I would love for more people to find the book. I am really proud of it and it has some great literary inventions in it.
